I do not see IMAP FOLDERS when I right click on the Inbox, and I do have it set to IMAP in the server settings. Why does the NEW OUTLOOK not sync? I have old messages from January. After selecting NEW version I closed out Outlook and that did nothing.
It is not something we can fix on the Customer Side. Xfinity uses a backend similar to what I use to work with personally 10 years ago, so I have a general idea of it. I did stop getting outlook mail around late afternoon early evening yesterday.
