Help customers find assembly steps, care instructions and support from a product label, with a destination that stays useful after shipping.
Packaging has limited space, but customers may need several kinds of help after a purchase. A QR code can lead to an illustrated setup guide, a demonstration or common questions. Its destination needs to match the exact product in their hands.
Organize help by product
For a flat-pack desk organizer, begin with “Assemble your desk organizer,” followed by a parts list, assembly steps and support contact. A general company homepage makes the customer start searching again.
Keep essential printed instructions and warnings where they belong. A web link is a supplement, and customers may be offline when opening the box.
Build the destination before printing
- Write instructions using the actual model name.
- Add photographs that clarify orientation and part differences.
- Host the guide on your website, or a static page if your plan supports it.
- Create a stable link and URL QR code in r37dy.
- Print a sample label and ask someone unfamiliar with the product to follow the guide.

Keep old customers in mind
If the design changes, do not silently replace the old assembly guide with instructions for another model. Keep earlier versions reachable and label the choices. A model number is more useful than “new-guide-final.”
