What is not allowed
- Phishing, identity theft, impersonation, deceptive payment requests, scams or misleading claims of affiliation.
- Malware, credential harvesting, malicious redirects, exploitation, unauthorised access or attempts to compromise another service.
- Illegal content, child sexual exploitation material, non-consensual intimate imagery, trafficking, credible threats or encouragement of violence.
- Harassment, doxxing, publication of private information without a lawful basis, or unlawful discriminatory abuse.
- Infringing copyright, trademarks or other rights, or claiming permission you do not have.
- Deceptive or unsolicited bulk promotion, mass-produced pages designed to manipulate search rankings, or hiding a destination to mislead visitors.
- Artificial advertising impressions, click fraud, incentivised deception or manipulation of engagement metrics.
- Evading rate limits, access controls or suspensions; creating abusive account networks; or workloads that materially disrupt other users.
Automation and legitimate promotion are not prohibited merely because they are automated or commercial. They must be lawful, transparent, within supported limits and consistent with the rules above.
Your responsibilities when publishing
Make your identity and destination clear where relevant. Obtain the necessary permissions for client assets, personal information, music, photographs and other material. Provide appropriate notices for forms, embeds and tracking that you control. Do not imply that r37dy or North 173 Limited has verified or endorsed your page, business or offer.
For media download tools, public visibility is not permission to copy or redistribute. Use your own material or material you are authorised to download, and respect applicable platform restrictions. We do not offer access to private or paywalled content.
How to report a concern
Email contact@r37dy.com. Use a clear subject such as “Abuse report”, “Copyright concern” or “Security concern”. Include the exact r37dy URL, a description of the issue, relevant dates and concise supporting evidence. Explain how to contact you and whether urgent harm is involved. Use contact@north173.com if the primary mailbox is unavailable.
For a copyright or trademark concern, identify the protected work or mark, the material complained of, the reason you believe it infringes, and your authority to act for the rights holder. Make accurate reports in good faith. Do not send unlawful images, passwords or unnecessary sensitive personal data; a URL and description are normally the right starting point.
If someone faces immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency or law-enforcement service. Our mailbox is not an emergency response channel.
Review, action and appeals
We assess reports in context and may ask for clarification. Depending on the issue, we may restrict a feature, disable a URL, remove material, suspend an account, preserve relevant evidence or respond to a lawful authority request. We may act without prior notice when necessary to address urgent harm or legal requirements.
Where appropriate and lawful, we explain an action and allow a response. To request a review, email the relevant account identifier or URL, the action you dispute and supporting facts. We will consider the information; restoration is not guaranteed. We may need to share enough of a report with the affected member to assess it, so tell us if particular information presents a safety concern.
We do not promise continuous pre-screening of all member content or a fixed response time. A report is not proof of wrongdoing, and a hosted page is not automatically an endorsement by the company.
