Terms for using r37dy’s free tools, accounts and publishing features, operated by North 173 Limited.
Effective date: 18 October 2026. Last updated: 18 October 2026.
1. Who provides the service
These Terms govern your use of r37dy.com and its tools, accounts, hosting and sharing features. The operator is North 173 Limited ("we", "us" or "our"). "You" means the person using the service or the organisation they are authorised to represent. North 173 Limited operates r37dy from 18 October 2026; these Terms do not retrospectively describe it as the operator before that date.

2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this agreement to create an account or publish content through r37dy. If you act for a business or client, you must have authority to do so. Do not create an account using another person’s identity or contact details without permission.
Public tools are accessible without sign-up. The service is not directed to children under 13, and they should not submit personal information. If you are under 18, use public tools only with a parent or guardian’s permission and supervision, where lawful. This does not make you eligible for an account.
Keep your account information accurate, protect your credentials and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity you authorise and for taking reasonable steps to secure your account. We do not require you to disclose your password to support staff.
3. Free service and future charges
As of the effective date, r37dy’s current services are free and we are not accepting real payments. Feature limits, file-size limits, rate limits and availability may still apply. An unlimited allocation does not permit abuse, automated overload or use that prevents others from using the service.
We may introduce optional paid features in the future. We will explain the price, billing period, cancellation terms and any applicable taxes before you purchase. Creating or using a free account is not an agreement to future charges; we will not automatically convert it into a paid subscription. Any separately commissioned business service requires its own agreed scope and commercial terms.
4. Your content and the permission to operate the service
You retain the rights you hold in your content. You are responsible for having permission to upload, publish, process and share it, including any personal information or material belonging to a client.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to store, reproduce, process, format, transmit and display your content only as needed to provide, secure and support the features you choose and comply with lawful obligations. This includes allowing our service providers to perform those functions for us. It does not transfer ownership or give us a general right to sell your content or use it in unrelated advertising.
That permission ends when your content is deleted from the active service, except for reasonably necessary backup, legal, security and dispute records. Copies already downloaded, cached or indexed by others are outside our direct control. Keep your own copies of important material.
5. Public publishing and visitors
Published pages, files and link destinations may be accessible to anyone who has the URL and may be discovered by search engines or shared by visitors. An unlisted or hard-to-guess address is not a confidentiality guarantee. Use available access controls appropriately and do not publish secrets or sensitive personal data.
Members are responsible for their page content, destinations, visitor-facing claims and any visitor information they collect. Where you add forms, embeds or tracking integrations, provide the notices and obtain the permissions required for your use. Do not collect credentials, card details or sensitive information through misleading forms.
We provide hosting and tools; we do not automatically endorse a member, guarantee their offers or become a party to transactions between a member and a visitor.
6. Acceptable use and automation
Our Acceptable Use & Reporting policy forms part of these Terms. Do not use r37dy for phishing, fraud, malware, harassment, unlawful material, rights infringement, deceptive spam or manipulation of advertising and engagement metrics.
Use APIs, WebMCP and other automation only through supported interfaces and within applicable limits. You remain responsible for actions initiated by your agents and scripts. Do not evade access controls, rate limits, suspensions or restrictions imposed by r37dy or another service.
7. Tools, downloads and third-party platforms
Tool outputs are provided for practical assistance and may contain errors. Review conversions, code, documents, metadata and other results before using them in production, making decisions or sharing them. The tools do not provide professional legal, medical, financial or security assurance.
Use media-download tools only for content you own or are authorised to save and use. Public availability does not grant copyright permission or override a platform’s terms. Do not use the tools to access private accounts, bypass payment or login restrictions, remove rights-management protections or distribute material without the necessary rights.
r37dy is an independent service and is not endorsed by TikTok, Instagram or other platforms mentioned in tool names. External services can change or become unavailable. We cannot promise that every URL, format or platform will continue to work. Third-party links, embeds and downloads are subject to their own providers’ terms and privacy practices.
8. Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal data; our Cookie Notice describes browser storage and analytics. Acceptance of these Terms is not, by itself, consent to optional marketing or tracking where separate consent is required.
We may contact you about your account, security, service changes and support requests. Marketing choices are separate. Contact us if you need help accessing or deleting your account or content.
9. Restrictions, removal and account closure
We may investigate reports, limit access, remove content or suspend accounts when reasonably necessary to address a breach, security risk, legal obligation or material harm to the service or others. We may act immediately where urgency requires it. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and give you a way to respond.
You can stop using the service and use the available account and content-deletion controls, or contact support. If you believe an action was mistaken, email us with the account identifier, affected URL and relevant explanation. Do not send your password. We will review the information; an appeal does not guarantee restoration.
10. Availability and responsibility
We aim to provide a useful, reliable service, but free features may change, be interrupted or be withdrawn. No uptime commitment, backup guarantee, indexing guarantee or business result is included unless expressly agreed separately. We will give reasonable notice of significant planned changes where practicable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available, without additional implied warranties, and we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, loss of anticipated profit or third-party failures beyond our reasonable control. You should not use it as the sole repository for essential data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory protections that apply to you remain available.
11. Changes and disputes
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the service or applicable requirements. We will publish the revised version and effective date and provide additional notice of material changes where appropriate or required. Changes will not be applied retrospectively to remove rights you have already acquired. Where renewed agreement is required, we will request it.
Contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by Hong Kong law, subject to any mandatory laws and consumer protections that apply where you live. Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction; this does not prevent you from bringing a claim in another court where applicable law gives you that right.
