How North 173 Limited handles account data, public pages, tool inputs, analytics and privacy requests on r37dy.

Effective date: 18 October 2026. Last updated: 18 October 2026.

1. Who is responsible

North 173 Limited operates r37dy from 18 October 2026 and is responsible for the personal data it uses to run the platform. This notice covers visitors, account holders, people contacting us and people whose data is processed through our features. It describes current operations, not a claim that every feature processes data in the same way.

2. Information we process

  • Accounts: name, email address, password hash, account settings, authentication and account-activity records, and content you choose to save. Do not send us your plain-text password.
  • Published content: bio pages, links, uploaded media, files, QR destinations and related settings. Information you publish can become public.
  • Visits and security: IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser/device information, referrers, approximate location and security or error records. IP-derived location is approximate, not precise GPS location.
  • Support: contact details, messages, affected URLs and information you provide when reporting a problem or exercising a right.
  • Tools: the text, files, URLs or other input required by the tool you choose. Processing differs by tool, as described below.

We are not accepting real payments as of this notice’s effective date. We do not currently need payment-card details to use the free service.

3. Tool inputs and files

Some creator tools process selected files or text within your browser. Other tools send input to our servers to perform a lookup, conversion or retrieval. We do not describe all tools as local-only. Loading a browser-based tool can still generate hosting and analytics requests, and optional third-party libraries, fonts or media can contact their providers.

Public-post download tools send the submitted post URL to our service, which requests public information from the relevant platform. The resulting media may be delivered by that platform’s content servers or streamed through r37dy. The TikTok proxy uses temporary files while streaming and short-lived session download tickets; those tickets expire after ten minutes. This is separate from routine server logs and does not promise that every record is erased after ten minutes.

Do not submit confidential client material, passwords, access tokens or sensitive personal information unless you have assessed the tool’s processing and have the right to provide it. Persistent account uploads remain stored until removed or otherwise handled under our retention practices.

4. Why we use information

We use information to provide requested features, authenticate accounts, save and deliver content, answer enquiries, investigate reports, prevent abuse, maintain service security and understand how the product is used. We also retain information where necessary to comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend claims.

Where a law requires a legal basis, we use the basis appropriate to the activity: providing a requested service or agreement, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the platform where permitted and balanced against your rights, or consent where required. A privacy notice does not replace consent where the law requires it.

5. Analytics and visitor statistics

r37dy uses Google Analytics 4 with measurement ID G-HYC15JSCLL to measure page views and feature interactions. The current implementation loads analytics by default without an automatic consent popup. Google Analytics can use cookies and browser identifiers. Previously saved analytics-rejection preferences are read by our integration. Our tag disables Google advertising personalisation and advertising-data consent by default.

Our custom events describe actions such as submitting a tool or creating a content type. They are designed not to include the actual tool input, uploaded file contents, email address or password. Page URLs sent by our integration have query strings and fragments removed; account routes are simplified. This does not make all analytics or server records anonymous.

Separately, r37dy records visits and link interactions for publishing analytics. Depending on the feature and configuration, page owners can see visitor statistics such as device, approximate location, referral and interaction information. These statistics may include automated traffic and are not a verified count of individual people.

See our Cookie Notice for browser controls and Google’s opt-out option. We must meet any applicable consent requirements independently of publishing this notice.

6. Who receives information

Information is made available to hosting and infrastructure providers, including Hostinger, and to providers needed for selected features, such as Google Analytics, external lookup services and social-media content servers. Authorised people operating the service may access information as needed for support, security and administration. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and investigate abuse.

Public content is available to its visitors and can be collected by search engines or other third parties. Members may add their own embeds, forms, links or tracking integrations. Those providers and the member may have separate privacy responsibilities. Contact the page owner about information you submit directly to them; contact us about r37dy’s own processing or an abusive page.

We do not sell members’ account information as a product. Any future advertising or additional data use must be described and handled with the choices and permissions required at that time.

7. International processing

North 173 Limited is incorporated in Hong Kong. Hosting, analytics, support and external platforms may process information in other countries, whose laws may differ from yours. Where applicable law requires safeguards for a transfer, those requirements apply; using this site is not a blanket waiver of them. Contact us for information about the providers relevant to your request.

8. Retention and security

We retain account information and saved content while needed to provide the account and requested features. Deletion requests may leave limited records needed for security, legal obligations or dispute handling, and backup copies may persist until replaced or expired. Public copies held by search engines, recipients or other websites are outside our direct control.

Operational and account-activity records are subject to maintenance and retention settings. Publishing-analytics retention depends on the applicable account configuration. We do not promise a single fixed deletion period for every type of data. We review whether retained information is still needed and handle specific retention questions through the contact below.

We use access controls and technical measures to protect the service, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Keep your own device and credentials secure and report suspected exposure promptly.

9. Your rights and choices

You may request access to and correction of personal data we hold about you. Depending on applicable law and circumstances, you may also request deletion, restriction or portability, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent without affecting processing lawfully carried out before withdrawal. Some records may need to be retained where a legal exception applies.

Use available account controls or email contact@r37dy.com with the subject “Privacy request”. Identify the account or URL and what you need. We may request proportionate information to verify the request and protect other people’s data. Please do not include passwords or unsolicited identity documents. If the primary address is unavailable, use contact@north173.com.

You may raise a complaint with the Hong Kong Office of the Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data at pcpd.org.hk, or another competent authority where applicable. Contacting us first does not remove that right.

10. Younger visitors and changes

Accounts and publishing are for people aged 18 or over. The service is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied personal information or created an account contrary to the eligibility policy, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We will update this notice when relevant practices change and publish its effective date. Material changes may require additional notice or consent. The operator’s start date does not imply that historical data was originally collected by North 173 Limited.
