Can I convert SRT subtitles to VTT without changing the timing?

Yes. Cue times and text are retained while the timestamp punctuation and file header change. Advanced WebVTT layout settings and styling are not preserved, so check styled captions in the destination player.

What happens to my input?

Files and text are processed on your device. Tool usage can be counted under the site’s existing analytics settings, but this tool does not send your file, text, filename or generated content to analytics.
