A QR Information Page for Property Viewings

Help viewing visitors find the right property details, floor plan and enquiry route without mixing information from different listings.

A visitor leaves a property viewing with questions they did not think to ask inside. A QR information card can connect them to the correct listing, floor plan and contact route. Accuracy matters more than the number of links.

Make the property unmistakable

Start with the listing's public name or address and a recognizable image that you are authorized to use. Link to the current official listing rather than maintaining a second set of prices and availability that can drift out of date.

A useful arrangement is “View full listing,” “Open the floor plan” and “Ask about this property.” Label file downloads clearly, particularly if a large PDF will open on a phone.

Create a page for the specific viewing

  1. Use a r37dy bio page to group the approved public information.
  2. Check the property identifier in every destination.
  3. Create a URL QR code within your plan allowance.
  4. Put it on a card with the same property identifier and a readable URL.
  5. Scan the printed card before displaying it.

Do not publish access codes, occupants' private details or non-public documents. A printed link may be photographed and shared beyond the people attending.

Plan what happens when the listing changes

Once the property is unavailable, explain that at the destination or link to the current official status. Quietly sending an old property code to a different listing can confuse someone who kept the card.

Link activity can indicate interest, but it does not tell you which visitors are qualified buyers or attended a viewing. Use your normal enquiry process for those conversations.

Create a r37dy account to organize the public information. The QR printing guide helps test the card, while the file guide covers document labels and access checks.
