Organize services, location and booking destinations so salon clients know what to choose before opening your booking system.
A client arrives from a haircut photo and wants something similar. A generic “Book now” button can leave them unsure which service to choose. Your bio page can provide enough context to make that next step easier.
Answer the questions before booking
Include the salon location, a clear service list and the route to your booking system. If services use different destinations, label them specifically. “Book a haircut” and “Ask about colour appointments” describe different journeys.
A useful order is: book an appointment, view services, find the salon and contact the team. Add opening hours or a link to them where that helps someone planning a visit.
Let the booking system manage availability
A r37dy bio page organizes destinations; it should not display guessed availability. Link to the service that actually manages your calendar. Explain when a consultation is required before an appointment.
- Create a bio page with a recognizable salon name.
- Add concise labels for the booking routes.
- Open every destination as a new visitor.
- Check that someone can identify the correct service on a phone.
- Try directions and contact links as well as booking.
Keep ordinary bookings visible during promotions
A seasonal offer can have a temporary link, but retain the regular booking route. Remove expired promotions. Send visitors to any relevant offer details before they commit to an appointment.
Link activity can indicate interest in a service. Completed appointments remain in the booking system, so do not describe every click as a new client. Repeated questions from visitors may reveal an unclear label even when click counts look healthy.
Create a r37dy account and follow the bio page guide. A tested QR code can put the same route on a reception card.
